The chairs feature classic ladderback backs with substantial square posts topped by gently rounded finials, reflecting the honest rural craftsmanship associated with southern French farmhouse furniture. Each chair is constructed with thick square legs joined by stretchers on all four sides, providing excellent stability and durability.
