Overview

All furniture is shipped via professional white-glove, in-home delivery through our trusted shipping partners. Each piece is fully insured and carefully handled from pickup through final placement.

We ship throughout the 48 contiguous United States and internationally.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears.

The general timeframe from processing to delivery within the United States is approximately 2–4 weeks. In some cases, delivery may be completed sooner; longer transit times may occur depending on distance, routing, weather, or carrier scheduling.

You will be contacted in advance to schedule your delivery window. We provide updates throughout the shipping process.

Local Delivery – New York City & Surrounding Areas

We offer white-glove delivery throughout New York City and within approximately 20 miles of our Astoria warehouse.

Local deliveries are typically completed within one week of order processing.

For buildings requiring a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we coordinate directly with property management upon request.

Domestic White-Glove Delivery (United States)

All domestic furniture deliveries include:

• Professional blanket-wrap and stretch-wrap protection
• Specialized furniture carriers
• In-home placement
• A delivery team of 1–4 professionals depending on item size
• Full insurance coverage during transit

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using professional freight partners.

International shipments include:

• Pickup from our Astoria, New York warehouse
• Professional packing
• Custom-built wooden crate
• Full export documentation
• Door-to-door delivery from New York to destination country
• Full insurance coverage

All international items ship fully crated to ensure safe transit.

Please note that shipping quotes do not include any applicable import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
