Furniture Rentals
Select pieces from our French antique and vintage collection are available for short-term rental for film, television, editorial shoots, staging, and professional interior design projects.
We do not offer rentals for private events, weddings, restaurants, or public venues.
Rental availability is limited to approved inventory. Newly upholstered pieces are not eligible for rental.
Standard Rental Term
The standard rental period is 7 days. Shorter rental durations are billed at the full 7-day rate.
Extended rental periods may be arranged at an additional weekly rate.
Rental Fee Structure
Rental pricing is 30% of the item’s retail price for the 7-day term.
A refundable security deposit equal to 30% of the item’s retail price is required prior to release. Deposits are refunded after the item has been returned and inspected in our Astoria warehouse.
Handling & Liability
All rental pieces must be handled by professional crews.
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required for commercial productions or third-party venues.
All rental items remain the property of StandOut Spaces at all times. The renter assumes full responsibility while the item is in their possession. Any damage beyond normal wear will be assessed upon return and may be deducted from the security deposit. Additional charges may apply if structural repair or restoration is required.
White glove delivery is available throughout New York City and surrounding areas. Nationwide rentals may be considered depending on project scope.
Delivery and return shipping fees are quoted separately.
