We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are secured through SSL encryption.
The pricing displayed on our site is in USD. If you're paying with a card in another currency, your payment will be automatically converted into USD according to today's best rate.

If you need to make any amendments or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours has passed, as we'll have most likely shipped it out of our showroom already.

We don't offer voucher at this time. However, if you are looking to buy a voucher/gift card for a special occasion, please reach out to us via email.

Once you've purchased a product from StandOut Spaces, you should receive an email to confirm your order with all your tracking details. If you haven't received any emails, or if you have any other questions, please email us and we'll look into it for you.

If your item has been marked as deliver but you have not received, please check with your neighbours, or the courier responsing for your package delivery. If you’ve checked with the delivery company and your neighbours, but still haven’t received your parcel, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it.l

You can find instructions for each product under their product pages. Your purchase also comes with an instructions booklet.

We recommend regularly dusting your Signs and Letter Boards with a clean, dry cloth. To clean your StandOut Spaces product more thoroughly, use a soft cloth soaked in warm, soapy water. We do not recommend using any harsh chemicals and bleach as this may lead to product discolouration.

We take pride in using secure and sturdy packaging, but rarely damage may occur during logistics. If your product arrives damaged,  please contact us immediately.

Unused items are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read our Shipping & Returns page for more information, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Our lifetime warranty policy does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the product. If the defect was caused by a manufacturing fault, the faulty product will be replaced free of charge. If the original product is no longer in production, it will be replaced with the most similar product. To claim our lifetime warranty, please contact us with images of your faulty product and proof of purchase handy.
