Set of 6 French Louis XVI Painted Dining Chairs in Dusty Blue, Early 20th Century
Set of six French Louis XVI dining chairs sourced in Provence. Crafted in the early 20th century, the chairs feature shaped trapezoidal backs, carved floral corner blocks, fluted tapered legs, and their original painted finish. The frames retain a beautifully aged cream-painted surface with patina, characterful distressing, and wear consistent with age and use. The chairs have been structurally restored for stability while preserving their original character. Newly upholstered in a textured dusty blue performance chenille by Kravet. The upholstery features single piping around the back panels and welt-band trim around the seats, complementing the refined Louis XVI silhouette. Solid, stable, and ready for everyday use.
