Each chair is hand-crafted from solid maple, structurally revised, gently refinished, and newly upholstered in a sophisticated two-tone velvet scheme. The tall chapeau de gendarme backs are covered in a warm camel velvet, outlined with double piping in mocha, while the seats are finished in the same rich mocha velvet. The continuity of the piping and seat upholstery adds depth and refinement, while the camel backs provide a soft tonal contrast that enhances the elegant silhouette. Raised on classic “Os de Mouton” legs, the chairs feature excellent joinery, a warm dark patina, and traditional nailed trim at the seat edges along the front legs.
