A substantial antique French refectory dining table in the Louis XIII style, sourced in Provence, France. Crafted in solid oak, the table features a thick 2-inch rectangular top resting on boldly turned baluster legs, united by a classic H-shaped stretcher for strength and stability. The deep, warm finish enhances the natural oak grain and highlights traditional pegged joinery, a hallmark of French craftsmanship. Structurally revised and fully refinished, the table is exceptionally sturdy and ready for everyday use while retaining its authentic character. At over nine feet in length, the generous scale comfortably accommodates eight to ten guests, making it ideal as a dining or communal table.
