Hand-crafted from solid European pine and sourced in Provence, France, the piece retains its original painted finish in an earthy olive green, softened and distressed from years of use. Areas of wear reveal traces of earlier layers and bare wood, creating a rich, mottled surface full of depth and character. The thick rectangular top, composed of three wide planks, shows marks, scratches, and old repairs consistent with age and utilitarian purpose. Raised on boldly turned legs with ball feet, the table combines rustic function with sculptural presence. Twin drawers with simple brass drop pulls provide practical storage while underscoring its farmhouse origins. The frame has been structurally restored for stability, ensuring the table is solid and ready for everyday use.
