19th Century French Louis Philippe Walnut Chest of Drawers W/ Carrara Marble

Handsome French Louis Philippe commode, mid-19th century, sourced in Provence, France. The chest features three full-width drawers crafted in richly figured walnut with finely bookmatched veneer across the drawer fronts and sides, highlighting the dramatic grain typical of French provincial cabinetry. A discreet hidden drawer is integrated beneath the marble top, a charming functional detail often found in quality period pieces. The commode is topped with its original white Carrara marble slab with soft rounded corners.
