A handsome, restored pair of traditional 1930s French Art Deco club chairs sourced from Provence, France. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid maple wood, each chair features an elegant square back with softly rounded corners. Structurally restored for lasting stability, the frames have been gently refinished in a dark brown tone that highlights the natural wear and character of the wood. Newly reupholstered in a crisp cotton-white woven performance fabric with a subtle herringbone texture. The upholstery is detailed with contouring piping in a deep blue version of the same fabric, outlining the back frame and mimicking a seat cushion. The bridge arms are accented with matching welt banding and spaced, oversized nailhead trim on both the interior and exterior sides. Solid, stable, and expertly crafted, these chairs embody the timeless elegance and clean lines of the traditional French Art Deco period.
