A lovely pair of French accent armchairs made in the style of Louis XVI/ Marie Antoinette, sourced from Provence, France. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid walnut wood featuring a square-shaped cane back. The wood showcases a naturally aged patina with a beautiful brown color. The chairs come with intact cane seats and newly upholstered armrests in beige velvet. The fabric has been clean-finished with a gimp trim. Supported by elegant tapered, fluted legs that culminate in toupie feet, typical of Louis XVI chairs. The front legs are adorned with intricately carved rosettes on the corners, further enhancing their beauty.
