The chairs have been structurally restored, hand-painted with Benjamin Moore's creamy white semi-gloss paint, and finished with a clear coat of wax. Additionally, the chairs have been newly upholstered in gorgeous light blue Scalamandre linen fabric. The fabric has been clean-finished with matching double piping trim. The serpentine form of the front and sides accentuates the graceful contours of the seats, while the hand-carved cabriole legs, terminating in classic scroll toes, capture the essence of Louis XV style. Solid, and stable with exceptional joinery, these chairs embody the enduring allure of the Classic French Louis XV provincial profile.
