A lovely set of six antique French dining chairs made in the style of Louis XVI, sourced from Provence, France. Each chair features a hand-molded frame adorned with an oval-shaped medallion back, finished in creamy, antique white lacquer with a crackled finish. The chairs come with their original raspberry color chenille fabric. The fabric has been clean-finished with antique brass nailhead trim. Supported by gracefully tapered, fluted legs culminating in toupie feet, characteristic of the Louis XVI style, the front legs captivate with beautifully carved rosettes on the corners. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a Traditional French Louis XVI Profile.
