A handsome set of eight late 19th-century French dining chairs made in the style of Louis XIII, sourced from Provence, France. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid walnut wood featuring a tall ladder back frame. The chairs have been structurally restored and showcase a naturally aged patina with a rich brown color. The fabric is not brand new, but the chairs have been previously reupholstered in lovely beige velvet. The fabric was clean-finished with a large nailhead trim. The chairs are raised on traditional turned barley twist legs. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a Traditional Louis XIII profile.
