An elegant set of eight Late 19th-century Country French provincial cane dining chairs made in the style of Louis XV, sourced from Provence, France. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid cherry wood showcasing a naturally aged warm patina. The chairs come with their original hand-weaved cane showcasing normal wear for the age and use with some light sagging. The serpentine form of the front and sides enhances the seat's shape, adding a touch of grace. Supported by hand-carved cabriole legs that gracefully end in scroll toes, reminiscent of the Louis XV era. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a Traditional French Louis XV profile.
