An exquisite 19th-century set of six French dining chairs made in the style of Henry II, sourced from Provence, France. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid walnut wood featuring intricately hand-carved back frames showcasing a naturally aged patina with rich brown color and grains. The chairs have been structurally restored with newly re-done hand-tooled dark brown antique leather seats. The leather has been clean-finished with oversized brass nailhead trim. The seats are supported by hand-carved turned legs conjoined with H-shaped stretchers. Solid and stable withexcellent joinery and craftsmanship with a Traditional French Renaissance profile.
