Antique set of four French dining chairs made in the style of Louis XVI, sourced from Provence, France. Each chair showcases a hand-molded frame adorned with an oval-shaped medallion back, finished in a delicate creamy antique white lacquer showcasing a naturally aged patina. The chairs have been structurally restored and they come with their original green velvet fabric. The fabric has been clean-finished with brass nailhead nailhead trim. Supported by gracefully tapered, fluted legs terminating in toupie feet, characteristic of Louis XVI design, these chairs also boast intricately carved rosettes on the front legs.
