Antique set of six French Louis XIII style dining chairs sourced from Provence, France. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid maple wood featuring an elegant chapeau de gendarme back frame. The chairs have been structurally restored and newly reupholstered in gorgeous velvet fabric by Kaufmann. The fabric has been clean-finished with a large nail-head trim. The chairs are raised on traditional barley twist legs showcasing a naturally aged patina with a beautiful brown color. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a Traditional French Louis XIII profile.
