Early 19th Century Country French Oak Farmhouse Trestle Table

Early 19th-century country French farmhouse trestle kitchen table or a large console sourced from Provence, France. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid oak wood, featuring a 6'9" long rectangular plank top with breadboard ends. The wood showcases a lovely aged rustic patina with characterful scratches and naturally aged splits. The table has two large storage end drawers that are constricted with dovetail joins and wrought iron pulls. Raised on square legs constructed with exposed wooden dowels and finished with chamfered edges. A thick trestle conjoins the base. The table has been structurally restored and waxed. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a Traditional French farmhouse profile.
