An exquisite pair of antique French accent side chairs in the Louis XVI style, sourced from Provence, France. Each features a finely hand-carved oval backrest, finished in creamy antique white paint with a naturally aged patina and subtle distressed details. Structurally restored for lasting durability, they are solid, stable, and ready for everyday use. Newly upholstered in classic French blue toile fabric, each chair displays a different pastoral motif on the backrest and seat, adding distinctive charm. The upholstery is neatly finished with single piping around the back and a welt trim along the seat, both in matching toile. Gracefully tapered, fluted legs terminating in toupie feet complete the timeless Louis XVI silhouette.
