Crafted in richly grained walnut, the chairs feature elegant, gently curved backrests framed by subtle stepped detailing, lending an architectural quality to their streamlined silhouettes. Sculptural, tapered legs further emphasize the geometric character of the Art Deco period. The warmth and natural movement of the walnut grain are beautifully complemented by newly upholstered seats in rich olive green performance velvet. The upholstery is finished with individually hand-applied, antiqued brass nailheads with a subtle speckled patina, carefully arranged around the seat corners for a refined, tailored finish. Each chair has undergone a comprehensive restoration, including structural revisions, refinishing of the walnut frames, and complete reupholstery. The chairs are solid and stable, with beautifully restored wood surfaces that retain the character and warmth of the original design.

- Origin: Provence, France

- Period: 1930

- Materials: Walnut, Perfomance Velvet, Nailhead Trim.

- Dimensions: W 17.25" x D 18.25" x H 33.5" - seat height 19.5"

- Condition: Fully restored and refinished, structurally revised, and newly upholstered in olive green performance velvet. Solid and stable, with minor signs of age consistent with the period.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0419/8491/7662/files/Setof6FrenchArtDecoWalnutDiningChairsinOliveGreenVelvet_1930s3.png?v=1792599752
https://standoutspaces.com/products/set-of-6-french-art-deco-walnut-dining-chairs-in-olive-green-velvet-1930s
