Late 19th-century set of six French Renaissance leather dining chairs hand-crafted from walnut in the style of Henry II. The set features solid wood construction with elaborately carved details with intact back spindles and lion finials. The wood showcases a naturally aged patina with lovely walnut grains and rich brown color beautifully contrasting with the white faux leather upholstery. The chairs are raised on hand-carved turned legs conjoined by a curved stretcher. Solid and stable with spacious seats. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a traditional French Henry II silhouette.
