An elegant set of eight country French provincial dining chairs made in the style of French Louis XV. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid oak featuring elegantly carved frames. The wood showcases naturally aged patina with beautiful oak grains and rich golden brown color. The set comes with hand-weaved cane seats and backs in intact condition. Additionally to the cane seats, the chairs come with their original custom-made leather cushions. The seats are constructed with exposed wooden pegs and supported by hand-carved legsending with scroll feet typical for Louis XV. The carved legs are conjoined with stretchers. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship and a Classic French Louis XV provincial profile.
