1930s French Art Deco provincial carved writing desk. Beautifully hand-crafted from Tiger Oak featuring a solid wooden frame constructed with a rectangular top with a beveled edge. The top showcases a naturally aged warm patina on the wood with beautiful oak grains The writing table has one central storage drawer with dovetail joints and a brass handle. The desk is raised on carved square legs ending on sculptured toes. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship and a Classic French Art Deco profile.
