19th Century Country French Provincial Pine Dough Bin Cabinet
19th-century traditional French provincial dough bin storage cabinet from Provence, France entirely hand-crafted from solid European Pine. The cabinet features solid wood construction with a large 4.9 feet long slant plank top that opens to reveal a spacious storage bin constructed with oversized exposed dovetails and wooden pegs. The storage was once used to store the bread dough mix in the bin. The solid top showcases the naturally aged wood patina with rich pine grains and a beautiful honey brown color. The cabinet has two hand-molded doors with exterior hinges. Additionally, the dough bin has one small central drawer with a wooden knob. The cabinet is supported by a heavy stand and carved feet. Throughout conjoined with wooden pegs. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship having rich pine grains and naturally aged patina with a French provincial profile.
