19th Century Country French Louis Philippe Provincial Oak Writing Table
19th-century country French provincial farmhouse writing desk or dining table in the style of French Louis Phillippe. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid oak constructed with 4.9 feet long plank top having exposed wooden pegs. The wood showcases a naturally aged patina on the finish with beautiful oak grains and rich brown color. The rectangular plank top is supported by an apron with a clearance of 25.5-inches. The table has one central storage drawer constructed with dovetail joints and a wooden knob. The trestle-style base is supported by turned legs conjoined with square stretchers constructed with wooden pegs. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship and a Classic French country profile.
