Vintage French drafting table made by L.Sautereau in Paris France 1940s. The tabletop measures 3.9 feet x 2.8 feet with an adjustable height to fit your needs. The table may also be folded for storage to maximize space.The frame of the table is crafted from solid birch showcasing naturally aged patina and rich grains. The wooden top is supported by an iron counterbalance weighted base having rustic patina. The mechanism is in excellent condition and functions smoothly. It is very solidly built and when the top is locked it does not move. Original manufacturer label affixed to back: L. Sautereau, Paris.
