Gorgeous pair of French provincial armchairs in the style of Louis XVI. Beautifully hand-painted with rich olive green paint showcasing a lovely naturally aged patina. Hand-crafted from solid wood constructed with hand-molded oval-shaped medallion back frames. The pair is upholstered in pale beige silk floral fabric clean-finished with brass tack nailhead trim. The seats are supported by elegant tapered, fluted legs ending with toupie feet typical for Louis XVI chairs. The front legs are also decorated with carved rosettes on the corners. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a classic French silhouette and beautiful color combination.

- Condition: In preserved antique condition with signs of wear showcasing a naturally aged patina on the wood with some distressed areas. The fabric is in good condition the fabric on the armrests needs revision.
