A gorgeous pair of French wingback armchairs made in the taste of grand Louis XVI. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid wood and constructed with a square-shaped back showcasing an intricately hand-carved floral motifs. The frame of the chairs has been hand-painted with gray paint showcasing naturally aged patina with some distressed areas. The chairs are upholstered in mint green fabric clean-finished with gimp trim. The sprung seats are supported by four elegantly tapered, fluted legs ending with toupie feet typical for Louis XVI chairs. The front legs are also decorated with carved rosettes. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a classic French Louis XVI silhouette and beautiful color combination.

- Condition: Good, minor wear consistent with age and use. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with age-appropriate wear. Naturally aged patina on the paint finish with some distressed areas.
