Gorgeous early 1900s French writing desk in the style of Grand Louis XVI. Beautifully hand-crafted from oak constructed with a rectangular top with a beveled edge. The top is covered with new blue Italian leather decorated with gold leaf trim. The wood showcases a naturally aged warm patina with grey paint remnants. The desk is fronted by four storage drawers constructed with dovetail joints and brass lion head pulls. The writing table is supported by four elegant tapered legs ending on toupie feet. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship and a French Provincial Louis XVI profile.

- Dimensions: W 50.75" x D 27.25" x H 29" - apron clearance 23.5" / leg room 20.25"

- Condition: Good, minor wear consistent with age and use. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with age-appropriate wear. Naturally aged patina on the wood.
