A spectacular grand set of twelve painted dining chairs made in the taste of French Louis XVI. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid wood having a square-shaped back with an intact cane on the seat and back. The frame of the chairs have been hand-painted with gorgeous antique white/ creamy lacquer with a naturally aged patina with some distressed areas. The set comes with twelve custom made padded cushion with multicolor stripe fabric. The seats are supported by elegant tapered, fluted legs ending with toupie feet typical for Louis XVI chairs. The front legs are also decorated with carved rosettes on the corners. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a classic French silhouette and beautiful color combination.
