A traditional pair of painted armchairs made in the style of French Louis XVI. The chairs feature a hand-molded frame with a square-shaped back finished in a light creamy antique white lacquer with a naturally aged patina with some distressed areas. The chairs are upholstered in light beige fabric clean-finishedwith brass-headed trim. The spacious seats are supported by elegant tapered, fluted legs ending with toupie feet typical for Louis XVI chairs. The front legs are also decorated with carved rosettes on the corners. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a classic French silhouette.
