An elegant late 19th-century set of eight of French country upholstered dining chairs made in the taste of grand Louis XIII. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid oak wood constructed with a handsome square-shaped backs. The chairs come with a lovely red color velvet fabric clean-finished with decorative oversized nail head trim. The chairs are supported by hand-carved turned legs conjoined with stretchers and constructed with exposed wooden dowels. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship with a Traditional French country profile.
