Antique set of four country French provincial painted dining chairs crafted from solid wood. Constructed with traditional long, carved ladder backs with finials. The chairs have been finished with yellow paint with green paint accents showcasing a naturally aged patina with some distressed areas. The seats are covered with a hand-woven rush in intact condition. The chairs are raised on turned legs conjoined by front and side stretchers. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship and a Classic European farmhouse profile.
