An elegant country French provincial writing desk in the style of French Louis XIII. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid oak and constructed with a rectangular top with a beveled edge. The top is covered with burgundy color Italian leather. The leather top showcases a naturally aged patina that contrasts beautifully with the warm brown oak color of the desk. Each side of the desk has slide-out extensions -One of the leaves is covered with green vinyl.The desk is fronted by three large storage drawers constructed with dovetail joints. The writing table is raised on traditional barley twist legs conjoined by stretchers and a trestle. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship and a Classic Louis XIII provincial profile.

- Condition: Good, minor wear consistent with age and use. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with age-appropriate wear. The desk comes with a mockup key for the central drawer.
