Mid-19th century rustic, Country French farmhouse trestle dining table, kitchen table, or writing table from Provence, France. Entire hand-crafted from solid walnut featuring a 6.20 feet-long rectangular plank top showcasing a naturally aged rustic patina with lots of character. The table is cased with two central drawers made from oak wood that slide left to right to reveal spacious storage space underneath the tabletop. The table measures 22.75-inches from the floor to the apron. The base of the table is constructed with thick, chunky square legs that have been chamfered and conjoined by an h-shaped trestle. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship and a Classic French farmhouse profile.
