19th Century Country French Farmhouse Oak Trestle Dining Table

Monumental mid-19th-century, Country French farmhouse trestle dining table, from Provence, France. Entirely hand-crafted from solid European Oak with a thick 7.75-feet long rectangular plank top with breadboard ends. The thick top showcases a naturally aged rustic patina on the wood finish with rich oak grains. The table measures 28.75-inches from the floor to the apron. The base of the table is hand-crafted from solid oak featuring thick, chunky carved legs that have been chamfered, and constructed with exposed wooden dowels. The legs are conjoined by an h-shaped trestle. Solid and stable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship and a Classic French farmhouse profile.

- Condition: Good, minor wear consistent with age and use. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with age-appropriate wear and natural warping. Aged, rustic patina on the finish as seen in photos. Natural age splits in the wood with old repairs on the top.
