This 19th Century Country French Farmhouse Mixed Wood Trestle Dining Table is a remarkable piece curated from Provence, France. Hand-crafted during the mid-19th century, this rustic trestle table showcases the beauty of solid walnut and oak. Its 6.5 feet-long walnut planks on the top exhibit a naturally aged rustic patina, highlighting the lovely brown color and rich grains. The table boasts a large storage drawer with dovetail joins and a wrought iron pull. With a height of 23.5 inches from the floor to the apron, the table's solid oak base features thick, chunky square legs that are chamfered and conjoined by a trestle, ensuring stability and a classic French farmhouse profile. In good condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, this table exhibits excellent joinery, craftsmanship, and age-appropriate wear, including natural warping, aged rustic patina on the finish, and natural age splits in the wood.
